OBAMACARE LAW CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR OBAMACARE
NAVIGATORS. SEBELIUS KNEW, WHEN SHE TESTIFIED YESTERDAY, PLACING BLAME ON THE
STATES, THAT EARLIER IN 2013, THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION, VIA THE EEOC,
MADE A REGULATION (LAW) THAT IF YOU DON’T WANT TO EMPLOY CRIMINALS YOU
ARE A RACIST . AND AS A RESULT OF THE LAW, THE EEOC HAS BEEN BUSY SUING
BUSINESSES “CAUGHT” DOING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.

wanting to employ a criminal makes you a racist. At least that is what the
Obama administration has determined to be law with a regulation made without
congressional approval. Businesses are fighting the charge that not wanting
